They are for for continuous injecting rigid or soft polyurethane foam products such as sofa pillow, car seats and furniture, etc.
Controlled by PLC, high accuracy, simple operation, convenient maintenance. When pre-set first injection is finished, the alarming relay will give alarms.
By equipping with an inverter, the hydraulic pump speed can be 0-1450rpm, flux can be 0-4000kg/min. So you can use this machine for various purposes as you can adjust the ratio between A and B glues and flux freely.
Injecting flux can be from 5-300kg per minute.
